How does South Korea protect its children from abuse?

[ Answer? ] By August 619 2005 cases of child abuse had been reported to the government. In June 2005 the Ministry of Health and Welfare increased requirements for child abuse reporting. In the past child abuse reporting was limited to employees of welfare institutes, teachers, medical professionals, and social workers. The new measure includes lawyers, private institute instructors, and kindergarten teachers.
